Building a Better Affiliate Program

We are building a better search engine for both searchers and advertisers.

We are also building an affiliate network to help people profit from the traffic they send to us and our advertisers.

The deal is simple. When you send us traffic that results in someone paying us, we pay you half of everything they pay us.

You can then put that cash in your pocket or use it to pay for your own Advolution Listings (to help send traffic back to you!)

While you can simply put up links and search boxes and do nothing further, note that you may be able to greatly increase your affiliate revenue by taking the extra step of educating your audience about the benefits that Advolution brings to both searchers and advertisers (“the benefits of pay-per-click… without the actual pay-per-click”).


The Overview

To access your Affiliate Control Panel, first login to your Account.

From there, you have three different ways of earning affiliate revenue:

• A link that sends people to the Advolution home page.
• A way to create an affiliate link to any Advolution search results page (making every word and phrase on your site a possible revenue source!)
• An affiliate search box so your visitors can do a search directly from your site that pulls up the Advolution search results of their choice.

No matter how you send someone to Advolution through the affiliate program, if it results in any sale, you earn 50% of that sale.

And, because this is an affiliate program and not contextual pay-per-click ads, you can diversify and expand your revenue opportunities by placing Advolution Affiliate Links on the same pages as Google AdSense.

You can also put Advolution Affiliate Links anywhere you can put a link (such as in the footer of your emails, or on email lists, forums, or bulletin boards). You can even forward otherwise unused "parked" domain names to an affiliate link!

However, please note that if you choose to put an Advolution Affiliate Search Box on your site (thanks!), note that Google’s Terms of Service for their AdSense for Search product currently say: “If You have elected to receive Search Results on any Site(s), You agree that Google will be the exclusive provider of Internet search services on such Site(s).” So, if you would like to put an Advolution Affiliate Search Box on your site, please be sure to remove any and all Google search boxes that may also be on your site (because, after all, we wouldn’t want Google to get mad at you by your keeping their search box on your site!)


The Details

When someone comes to Advolution via one of your affiliate links or search boxes, we automatically give them a "cookie" (a small text file that resides on their computer and identifies them as having come to Advolution via you).

If they then place any order with Advolution and still have your affiliate cookie (it is set to expire after one year), you will be credited with half the revenue from that order (example: if someone makes bids that total $100, then your share of that would be $50).

There are then two ways to use your affiliate earnings:

• At any time, you can use them to pay for your Advolution Listing bids, and/or
• When your affiliate earnings balance reaches at least $100, you can request us to pay you directly (limited to no more than one pay-out request every 30 days).
